I took some Modeling classes with Barbizon when I was in High School in 2005. I took them for 4 months and graduated from the class with several different other certificates like, best poses, best pictures, and best makeup artist. I went to my first audition after graduation in Raleigh NC and I was chosen amongst hundreds of people to move on to the next step, which was with an agency in New York. I didn't go due to my parents not having $2500.00 at the time to send me, so that door slowly shut due to discouragement. I have always had the urge to follow that dream of mine, and was looking for the right opportunity to come along. I have been on several Modeling zoom calls over the years but I have allowed life to get in my way, But now I am in a better mindset and ready to further my dreams. The reason why I want to pursue those dreams that I've always had is simply due to "not wanting my dreams to fade away". I have been more into Modeling and have that experience most, but I have always thought about acting as well. Acting and Modeling has always been a dream, just haven't had the opportunity's to further my career and dreams in it. My goals in this industry is to show the ones that don't get things handed to them or the ones that maybe shy and scared to follow dreams, to encourage them to follow there dreams and goals. No dream is to small. ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR DREAMS! Something that makes me stand out is the fact that I am one of those people, I have to work extra hard for the things I want as well as the goals I set for myself. I want to be that person on TV showing people and encouraging people that "If i can do it, then you can to". I have goals of not only having a better financial foundation for myself and my daughter but to also help others, and get passed some of my insecurities that I still deal with on a daily basis. I know there is so much more out there to learn and I want to learn it all. I want to be the best version of myself and I feel that starts with following your dreams. The types of Modeling that I am interested in is Commercial, Runway, Fashion and Editorial. I always interested in learning more. The acting that I have also been interested in is Commercials, but again always open to learn other roles. Lastly, I am willing to travel for my roles as well.
